This Refreshing Dill Pickle Lemonade Recipe is super easy to make at home and fun to surprise guests with! This Dill Pickle Lemonade is an interesting twist of the original lemonade with electrolyte-filled pickle juice, fresh lemonade, and surprisingly refreshing flavor---it’s time to get juicing and mixing!
For The Dill Pickle Lemonade:
- 8-10 Ounces Mount Olive’s Pickle Juice Only
- Fresh Lemonade
- 1 Quart Ice
- Pickles Spears For Garnishing
For The Fresh Lemonade:
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice From About 10-12 Lemons
- 3 Cups Cold Water
Use the cutting board and Chef’s knife to cut up 10-12 lemons. We recommend cutting the lemons directly in half to make juicing them easier.
Using the lemon juicer, juice all of the lemons into a measuring cup. Make sure no lemon seeds fell into the measuring cup, removing the seeds if there are any. There should be 1 cup of lemon juice, if not, cut up and juice more lemons to achieve the one cup goal.
Add one cup of lemon juice to the pitcher.
Measure the cold water using the measuring cup. Add the three cups of cold water to the pitcher with the lemon juice.
With a measuring utensil, measure out a ½ cup of sugar. Add it to the pitcher with lemon juice and cold water. Give it a good mix with a long mixing spoon.
Measure out 10 ounces of pickle juice from the Mount Olive’s Dill Pickles jar. Pour into the pitcher of lemonade. Stir well to combine.
Pour in a glass to serve and garnish with pickle spears. Enjoy!
