Donkey Balls Recipe
Donkey Balls are delicious flaky morsels loaded with onions & sausage, they’ll disappear fast!
- 2 packages of crescent rolls, butter flavored perforated
- 1 16 ounce pkg of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 Small onion minced
- ¼ tbsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350
In a skillet brown the sausage until brown and slightly crispy. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
Add the softened cream cheese, onion and garlic powder and mix well.
Lay crescent rolls out on a cutting board cutting each in half. For best results knead each half and press out into a circle.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of the sausage mixture on to each circle and wrap the dough around it forming a ball. Make sure each ball is sealed. Placing each on a baking sheet.
Baked at 350 for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom. Cool for 2 - 3 minutes and enjoy.
